Getting to the Cronulla Railway Station
Cronulla Beach is ideal for the backpacker as it is Sydney's only beach on the railway system.

From Sydney Central railway station take the Illawarra line to get to Cronulla Station. It's the last stop so you can't go wrong.

You can also catch this line from Kings Cross and Town Hall stations, which are also in the city.

Trains leave every 15 minutes during peak times and every 30 minutes off peak.

Getting to Cronulla Beach YHA
It is a short and easy walk from Cronulla Station to Cronulla Beach YHA.

When you exit Cronulla Station turn left and walk along Cronulla Street (it is the main street with all the shops along it).

After approximately 200 metres the street will turn into a mall. You are on the right path. Walk to the end of the mall and you will hit the Kingsway (a main road).

Turn left (away from McDonald's) and the Cronulla Beach YHA is 200 metres down the road on the left.
