The Sydney Hang Gliding Centre operates from Stanwell Park, south of Cronulla.
Established in 1982 the Sydney Hang Gliding Centre is Sydney's first and only full time hang gliding centre.
The Instructors
They offer fully trained instructors and head instructor is a Hang Gliding Federation of Australia Chief Flying Instructor and NCAS Level 2 Coach.
Never been hang gliding before? Well the Sydney Hang Gliding Centre at Stanwell Park NSW is the pioneer and developer of the dual flight "Tandem Training Program" - your instructor goes with you to accelerate your training with a high level of safety.
Take-Off Areas
The primary take-off point is the world famous "Bald Hill" at Stanwell Park on the edge of the Royal National Park Sydney Australia.
They also take-off from "Hill 60" near Port Kembla just south of Wollongong New South Wales.
